Amazon Web Services (AWS) has unveiled its inaugural quantum computing chip, Ocelot, marking a significant stride in the quantum computing arena. Developed at the AWS Center for Quantum Computing in collaboration with the California Institute of Technology, Ocelot aims to enhance quantum error correction efficiency, potentially reducing associated costs by up to 90%.
